Freight brokers don't get one email at a time. A busy afternoon drops twenty shipment requests into the inbox in the same fifteen minutes - and every one of them is a race. The broker who quotes first, with a rate that actually holds, wins the load.
Until today, Mylo processed those requests in a queue. Fast, but sequential. Parallel Agents changes that.
What's new
Parallel Agents spins up an independent agent for every incoming shipment request and runs them at the same time. Twenty emails, twenty agents, one shared rate engine. The moment a request lands, its agent is already parsing the lane, pulling live market rates, and drafting a bid.
Why it matters
- No more queue. The 20th email is bid as fast as the 1st.
- Same rate discipline. Every agent reads from the same Rate Lookup Engine, so a surge of volume never means sloppy pricing.
- Time to bid stays flat under load. Peak hours used to be exactly when response time slipped. Now it doesn't.
In pilot accounts, median time-to-bid during peak hours dropped from 2m 40s to 28 seconds - and stayed there even as inbound volume tripled.
How to turn it on
Parallel Agents is on by default for every workspace. There's nothing to configure - open your inbox during your next busy stretch and watch the bids go out together instead of in a line.
